Crusis 2 is optimized this time around. So the list fails prety hard on that one. It all comes to the engine folks. How many polygons, physics and filters they are using is all that matters.

Bad company 2 (pc) -> Not that great graphics however a well made physics engine, Frostbite 2.0

Project Offset was always just tech demo of the engine. It might not even look like that by the time it comes out from what the devs have said.
It hasn't come out yet because Intel brought the studio and the game engine a couple years back. It was suppose to launch with Intels Larrabee but that got delayed last year so who knows when its gonna come out.
